You can be a part of the great things happening at Coastal Wildlife Refuge Society; just select any of the following to be a part of our future:
- Contribute your time as a Refuge volunteer
- Join one of Coastal WIldlife Refuge Society's Friends of the Refuge work teams
- Join Coastal WIldlife Refuge Society and help augment our roles giving us a louder voice locally, regionally, and nationally
- Donate money to the Society which is used for projects and activities on the refuges as approved by the Refuge manager.
In 2004, Coastal WIldlife Refuge Society voted to extend membership to individuals donating their time volunteering on the refuges in eastern North Carolina. A single hour of volunteer service annually entitles an individual to a year’s membership. Volunteers who donate 500+ hours of service are entitled to a lifetime membership and service can be at anyone of the region’s National Wildlife Refuges.
